Message of Universal Consciousness

Bab Bhagavaan Ji would read the Bhagwadgita. Why he focussed on that recitation? This is really an inspiring thought for the devotees. Bhagwadgita is not merely a sacred text, but the direct inspiring words of Bhagavaan Krishna, who lived the life in the Dwapar yuga. He lived the life of a foster child, getting the maternal love from Yashoda Maiya and paternal guidance from Nand Baba. He played the pranks of a child and showed the Vishwaruupa Darshan to her fostermother Yashoda, while opening mouth, when he was scolded not to take any mud/soil, as it would disturb his health. This is verily, known as the Lila/play of the Divine. Yashoda wanted only that, but the Gopis wanted the eternal musical sounds, which are but the SamaVeda direcrly sung by the Lord. Ultimately, Lord Krishna gave the message, which is of universal substance, for "Atmano Mokshartham, Jagat Hitaaya Cha'.

Main focus on the Bhagwadgita:

The Bhagwadgita is revered as the sacred scripture, next to the Vedas.

It is the main portion of the Mahabharata,as we find Mahabharata like situation around our selves every where, How to face the challenges in life, are to be resolved by being the Sthita Prajnya like Arjuna fighting with the evil force at the Kurushetra battle field.

The language of this text is Sanskrit in the form of poetry..and its prologue " Parthaaya Pratiboditaam Bhagawatah Naarayanena Svayam ,Vyaasena Grathitaam Puraana Munina Madhe Mahabharata.---- is being recited by the devotees, to create an atmosphere of being in tune with the Divine..

It consists of the seven hundred Shlokas of two lines each, covered in the eighteen chapters.

During the recitation, we get a vivid view of theVirat purush ,which is the expansion of micro self into the macroself. It is the key to become THAT--or Soham. Bab Ji would be seen reciting hisDhyana Mantra, for realizing THAT.

Shri Krishna gave the concept of NISHKAMA KARMA YOGA to the World, and the message of fighting the evil, through Dharma. That is why,Bab Ji was seen helping the defence personnels during War,though he had left this mortal body,in he year 1968.
